The training available to new and seasoned Usborne consultants is incredible! Included in your starter kit is a very concise and thorough Consultant's Guide as well as a DVD which demos two different home shows. That way, even if you have never been to an Usborne Books and More home show, you can see one and learn which way you would like to do your own.
Online Training Provided by Home Office
More training is provided online via our consultant section at Usborne Books and More home site. There you will be able to access a wide variety of training materials, including audio training from past conventions, logs from past online chats, documents made by other consultants and by Home Office, a message board to ask questions to consultants around the world and much, much more.
My Team Training
In addition to all those avenues to learn from, I have created a training site for members of my team. Once you join I will give you the address to go to learn tips and tricks I have learned along the way, as well as things you can do to help your business before you even get your Usborne Books and More starter kit. Also, I provide email training, hold team meetings once a month (in Lexington, SC), conference calls twice a month and offer to do one-on-one coaching.
